Jill is a MINDFRESH teacher, a 200-hr certified yoga teacher, and passionate distance runner. Jill has used her athletic outlets and mindfulness practice as an anchor throughout her recent life transitions and enjoys being able to share the positive benefits of mindfulness and wellness to her new community.
Outside of MINDFRESH and athletic endeavors, Jill is a full-time MBA student at NYU Stern. After spending seven years in consulting and finance, she is excited to transition to a role to fulfill her passion for technology, marketing and strategy.
As an athlete for most of her life, Jill frequently noticed the positive benefits of prioritizing her physical health. She noticed the benefits of pushing her body daily always extended positively to her personal and professional life. She found working hard in athletics and on the job initial paid off, but after a few years realized there was an important counter balance missing: rest and relaxation. “Stress and Rest” are the key components of building athletically. However, Jill also noticed the same principle applied to life. Seeking to find this balance, Jill discovered meditation and mindfulness as critical practices to balance the daily stresses of life.”
