Ashley is a corporate event planner turned wellness advocate. After working for 10 years as a corporate planner in the professional sports and financial services industries and witnessing the burn out and stress that became so prevalent in the corporate environment, she knew there had to be another way to operate. She’s seen first hand the positive effects that mindfulness and meditation can have on focus, productivity and communication and teaches accessible meditation techniques for any level in office or at conferences and retreats.
