Aliya Daniels teaches MINDFRESH and Sivananda Yoga in Toronto.
With a background in international politics and conflict resolution, Aliya’s education and work as a human rights advocate and researcher took her from New York to Johannesburg and most recently London, where she earned her MSc in Public Policy. Now based in her hometown of Toronto, Aliya is enthusiastic about spreading mindfulness as a tool to achieving peace of mind and purpose – both in and out of the office.
