After spending years behind a desk in the financial industry, Alex set out on the path to helping others discover the benefits of yoga and meditation in the search for balance. Her mission is to hold space in a way that allows people to connect deeply to the body’s natural relaxation response, thereby setting the stage for greater clarity in decision making. Alex has led hundreds of mindfulness sessions at corporate offices, in clinical settings, and online since 2014.
